"KoreanCupid is the best!"
We met on KoreanCupid in early 2005, and noticed that we both lived in the Los Angeles area. We corresponded for several weeks, and finally met in person in late January 2005. When we met in Fullerton, where she was living at the time, we were both stressed out, me from driving down from LA, and her from my getting lost from the directions! I noticed she was laughing a lot and very talkative at first, to my surprise, and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep in her car on the ride back from Starbucks!
My life has not been the same since we met. She has been my best friend, support, adviser and lover, and has already been welcomed into my family. Since she is a Korean and English teacher, my limited Korean language skills have improved considerably since I met her. We moved from Los Angeles to the Washington DC Metro area together last spring, and are engaged to be married later this year.

It took less than one month to meet someone. We wrote to each other at least 5 days a week, so we really got to know each other before we met. I went to visit her in China after chatting on line and on the phone. Once we met we decided to get married. Now we are a happily married couple. I am very happy with this site.
